🌺 SACRED INTIMACY CIRCLE 🌺
A guided journey and community circle exploration through
The Art of Sexual Ecstasy by Margot Anand.

Exploring and embodying intimacy as a path to wholeness.
This is small group, 12-week workshop, was created for dedicated, mature Soul-explorers, for sacred sexuality beginners who are ready to bravely explore deeper intimacy with themselves and their loved ones. This workshop is a very gentle and sacred lead in to ever-deepening sacred sexuality practices.

We will be held within an intentional, private healing circle. We will go step by step into a dynamic unfolding. Practices are discussed with breath, movement and guidance - to be taken home, practiced and applied as you feel safe and inner guided to do so.

💖 About This Work

This offering is rooted in my direct experience studying with Margot Anand, both through her teachings and in intimate, in-person settings where these practices are transmitted from teacher to student. Her work has profoundly shaped my understanding of intimacy as a path of awareness, presence, and deep relational attunement. I will be continuing my studies with her again in person this summer, weaving these teachings forward as a shared living practice.

The Art of Sexual Ecstasy is about returning to the body as a place of truth, safety, and connection beyond performance. It offers a step-by-step pathway into intimacy that begins with the self and gradually expands into connection with another. This class is a gentle and grounded introduction into this work, offering foundational practices that prepare the body, nervous system, and heart for deeper states of connection — what Margot refers to as “high sex,” is a state of expanded awareness, presence, and aliveness. In many containers from my experience, these foundational practices are skipped over and real intimacy is not learned. Enter the sacred temple with us to find the Divinity living within you and through this connection bring your Divinity forward into life.

🌿 Why This Work Matters

Many people long for deeper connection, but lack the foundational tools to feel safe, open, valuable and present both within themselves and with a partner. These classes focus on:

• Building internal awareness and connection

• Developing emotional safety and clear, healthy communication

• Awakening the body’s capacity to feel and receive

• Creating a bridge between self-intimacy and relational intimacy

This work can be taken as a single person or with a partner. In fact, beginning with yourself often creates the strongest foundation for attracting or deepening a soulmate-level connection. The practices offered support both inner union and relational connection, allowing intimacy to arise from authenticity rather than effort.

There is something deeply healing about learning in a small, intentional group. This is not a large workshop — it is a contained, confidential circle where:

• Participants are seen - without pressure or performance

• Learning is supported through shared presence - not exposure

Each person’s healing process deepens the field for the whole group. What one receives, all receive, that is the true power of circle. There is a quiet, highly potent medicine in witnessing and being witnessed in a respectful, grounded way.

Do I need a partner to join?
No. This work begins with your relationship to yourself. Many people attend solo and find it deeply transformative.

Is this explicit or sexual in nature?
No. This is an educational and experiential space focused on awareness, connection, and embodiment. All practices are respectful, clothed, and grounded and most exercises are to be taken home.

What if I feel nervous or unsure?
That is completely natural. This space is designed to move slowly and gently, meeting you exactly where you are.

What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
Perfect. This is designed as an introduction, with clear guidance every step of the way.
