SHIPPING, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Each remedy and product at Nourish Wholeness is made in small batches with care, attention and intention.
Because of the nature of handcrafted herbal goods, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to be satisfied and nourished by your purchase(s).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so that we can find a mutual resolution — whether a replacement or store credit. Please understand that due to unique nature of our products being consumables - we currently do not accept returns on any of our herbal products. However, if you aren’t satisfied with a product, please Contact Us directly.

I do not accept returns on opened herbal products, tinctures, teas, balms, or oils for safety reasons.
Digital offerings (such as eBooks or workshops) are non-refundable once accessed.

My shipping is consistent and timely.
Shipping timelines vary depending on the pace of small-batch creation — thank you for your patience and understanding.
