I have shared many life altering healing journeys with Rebecca and our mushroom teachers. As an elder she has helped me through two debilitating conditions that mainstream medical practitioners assured me were not curable. One condition called “burning mouth syndrome,” a painful nerve condition in the mouth, was cured using oils and extracts that Rebecca specifically designed for this type of nerve pain. I was completely cured in a very short period of time after months of suffering.
She also was instrumental in helping me relieve and eventually control a severe case of eczema that had spread all over my body. I am so grateful to her for helping me through those difficult times. She’s had a calling to this work since she was young. From apprenticeship with Susun Weed, to working on organic farms, to building her own herbal business, and most recently facilitating psychedelic healing journeys - Rebecca is a true and gifted healer.

I have long wanted to experience sound meditation and a deep dive in to my consciousness. When I saw Rebecca share her journey in facilitating Shadow Work, I knew this could be a great fit. I had no idea what to expect but felt that this woman, mother, and plant protector would offer a safe space for me to do such work.
She had great communication leading up to our ceremony, advising me on a diet to work with and open to any questions I had, along with sharing what the night ahead would look like. Every detail seemed so fully intentional and well prepared. I could tell immediately she was genuine and there was zero ego to be found.
We began with an opening ceremony as she opened portals, calling upon spirits to guide and watch over us that evening. Rebecca provided an incredible sound journey that led me straight into my deep work.
I felt so supported and never criticized while I was in such a raw state. She was there for anything I may have needed the entire night and offered all the tools I may require throughout the journey.
If your spirit is calling out for movement and deep healing, this is a magical space to do so in. Rebecca has clearly followed her calling. Providing a very peaceful, nurturing, ancestral, and supportive environment is so important. That is what she has done for me.

✦ From the moment I read Nourish Wholeness’s plant tincture descriptions on Etsy, I knew I needed to work with whoever this soul was who had such a deep relationship with the plants they worked with.✦
The descriptions read like stories. As an herbalist myself, I am very selective about what medicine I put in my body, usually preferring to make my own. I was specifically searching for a tincture of St. John’s wort that I didn’t have access to at the time. After reading those descriptions, I looked up the owner and found Rebecca. I instantly checked out her social media presence and began reading more about her relationship with the land, through her posts. The care she has for the land and the plants shines through; she wasn't making wild claims, but sharing what the plants had taught her, speaking their truths in an authentic tone that I could feel.
During my first consultation with Rebecca, she embodied the maiden, the mother, the wild woman, and the crone. I needed advice from all sides of the feminine. Her guidance was primal and foundational: building nourishment with food and plant/bone broths, inspiring, empowering, and wise.
Her recommendations were accessible, not cost-prohibitive, and most things I needed came through community or trade. She offers sound advice with beautiful explanations, just like a Mother who knows what’s best. Not only did I benefit from her advice, I revisit it often as wisdom in my own personal revolving medicine cabinet, and I pass it on to the people I share knowledge with.
I recommend her tinctures and salves often, having worked with many of her offerings and finding them to be deeply alive, just like the medicines I love to work with. My daughter has healed the skin on her face with Rebecca’s red clover tallow—it’s the only salve she’ll use.
I’ve blended her Mimosa Spirit Elixir into herbal cocktails that I’ve served while witnessing their effects within 10–30 minutes, boosting mood and opening the energetic heart. I only work with her St. John’s Wort, she sends it in bulk while the plant is still infusing, so that I may finish the medicine she began.
Over the years of working with her, we have built a relationship. Rebecca has become someone I trust to hold sacred space for me. She is an embodied medicine woman, and I have found her to be deeply trustworthy. She understands that in order to hold space for others, she must be willing to descend into the depths alongside us, and I know she has gone there herself.

my experience with Rebecca. ✦
I approached Rebecca as I had found her years ago on social media.
The plant medicines, quality, and information shared have been helpful to me throughout the years.
When I decided to explore working with mushrooms, I initially approached a concierge-type service—this initial interview with the service aligned differently with the journey I wanted to explore. I then approached Rebecca. We met and spoke about what I wanted for this experience.
Rebecca described the work that she did. She laid out a protocol to prepare me for the ceremony and explained the process at a high level.
I am not detail-oriented and didn't grill her. However, any questions or concerns that I had were addressed.
Something about Rebecca's approach (and experience with this work) provided trust and aligned with what I wanted on an almost intuitive level. Throughout the process, Rebecca checked in with me. I could describe my nervousness, and she would answer in a way that helped build upon the trust and assisted in my pre-journey.
She was quick to address any questions or concerns. On the day of the ceremony, I arrived physically and mentally prepared with some anxiety. Rebecca had created an environment that put me at ease- the best way I could be put at ease.
I felt comfortable sharing and opening up in a safe and understood way. After an initial walk and talk, she initiated the ceremony. The process felt natural and flowed. I couldn't have wished for a better entry into the experience.
The medicine was intense. I had never experienced a substance to that degree. During my journey, I could ask questions and reach out to Rebecca, who was there to give me the support I needed. Because she has done the work herself. every tip she provided was vastly helpful.
I hung onto this as my brain was experiencing a complete cleansing. At one point, she knew I was struggling, and she stepped in to help me (I cannot put this into words), still giving me the space to have the experience but aiding in helping me. This medicine is powerful and I was grateful to have an experienced and respectful guide.
As the experience became less intense, I could openly describe and share things with Rebecca. There was an exchange that felt natural and helped me with the lessons that I was learning. The following day, the conversations continued to flow while she provided delicious nutrition and helpful instances of her own experiences.
While integrating back into my life, she has checked in and continued to provide the space for me to ask questions and field my concerns. The medicine, combined with Rebecca's expertise and humble attitude, gave me the shift I sought.
The lessons that I have learned have been life-changing. I highly recommend journeying with Rebecca, as I will seek her out whenever I am called to go back in with this medicine and to do more work.
